What we found

Water was tracking in during heavy rain. The roof was fine — the original developer had left gaps around the window head with no flashing tape behind the cladding.

What we did

Opened the junction, installed proper head flashing and tape in the correct order, sealed the perimeter, then hosed the wall down for twenty minutes to prove it was dry before closing up.
